Harvest Homecoming at New Bridge
Sunday, October 30, 2016, 1–4:30 pm

Historian Kevin Wright will give an illustrated talk on the Lutheran Church site at New Bridge and the French Burial Ground in New Milford at 1:30 pm in the Steuben House. 

The event takes place at HNBL. Photographic tombstone exhibit includes tombstone rubbings. Activity for children includes take-a-away rubbing of a brass plate. Free pumpkin to the first 75 children.

Historic New Bridge Landing: 
American Revolutionary War Battleground including three Jersey-Dutch Sandstone Houses, Exhibits of BCHS collections, Tavern, Gift shop, Outkitchen & Barn. (The barn closed in cold weather)  

$10 adults, $7 students, BCHS members free. (Become a member and support our efforts, $20 individual / $30 household).

All 3 sandstone houses, including the Steuben House, a state historic site, are connected by an ADA compliant gravel walking path. Free parking is available or take a train on the Pascack Valley Line from Secaucus via NJ Transit to the "New Bridge Landing" train stop. Walk one block north & east. By car, HNBL is only 7 miles from the GWB. 

Refreshments including cider donuts will be available (additional cost). Some folk come just for the cider and cider donuts!
