What’s new at the New Jersey State Archives? This talk will provide an update on the Archives’ ever-expanding collections and databases, including on improvements at NJSA's website, new vital record sets, and microfilming projects.

Catherine Stearns Medich is a Reference Archivist at the New Jersey State Archives and has been at the State Archives for more than 15 years. She assists researchers in utilizing the records at the Archives, has created and given many presentations on the types of records held by the Archives, and has organized the Civil War collections and processed the New Jersey Militia records. Currently, she is responsible for answering vital statistic requests received by the Archives. Ms. Medich holds a Masters in Art History and a Masters in Library Service from Rutgers University.

All meetings are held in the Panasonic room, second floor, of the Secaucus Public Library located at 1379 Paterson Plank Rd. Meetings run from 11 AM to 1 PM. ALL ARE WELCOME!!! Free admission, free parking and light refreshments. A short business meeting will precede the presentations.
